Easy Pizza Recipe

Home made pizza is easy, like ridiculously easy, to make. There is no need to spend a insane amount on dominoes or some other store brand because you can make it at home. Home made always tastes of love and care anyway.

You will need;

For the dough;
-Plain Flour
-Water
-Olive Oil
- Bicarbonate Soda
- Salt

For the topping;
-Tomato Paste
- Garlic
- Italian Herbs

Firstly add two cups of flour to a bowl.

Then two teaspoons of bicarbonate soda.

Add two large tablespoons of olive oil.

Then add one cup of water and mix it together until you have a dough, it should be tacky but not sticky.

You will knead the dough, first flour the surface.  Fold and push the dough with the base of your hand and repeat for a few minutes.

Then roll the dough out so its about half an inch think an place it on a greased tray, and ridge the edges to create the crusts. Then put into a oven that is set to gas mark 8.

While that is in the oven, make the tomato sauce, firstly put two table spoons of tomato paste into a pan. Add half a cup of water to dilute it slightly.

Then finely chop a clove of garlic and add it to the pan. Bring the pan to the boil and then simmer for five minutes. Then add a teaspoon of Italian herbs to mixture and stir well.

Remove the pizza base from the oven and spread the tomato sauce on to it.

Grate cheddar on top of the pizza and then shred a ball of mozzarella and evenly cover the pizza. At this stage you could potentially add any topping.

Bake in the oven for twenty minutes, until it is delicious and golden. Cut it up with scissors and serve. Delightful.
