Home made banoffe ice cream

This is a great way to get to use left over fudge and evaporated milk from making the fudge. It has the added benefit of being slightly made healthier as it has fruit in it. My house mate claimed it was the perfect hangover cure as well, which would make sense it is full of potassium.

You will need;
-5 bananas 
-left over fudge
-100mls of evaporated milk

Simply add the ingredients to a blender or food processor, and blitz until smooth or only slightly lumpy in consistency. 

Then pour into an air tight container and freeze over night.  

Best enjoyed with chocolate sauce. Delightfully decadent and so cheap to make its unbelievable. Though it is very rich so don't serve too much at once.
